Bajan's eyes were wide, this was the first show she had been taken to since she matured, still being trained to saddle she was entered in a halter section for extra learning experience. The pale blue halter drew out her sparkling eye colour out from her brilliant array of markings.
She tossed her head and leaned on her handler for reasurence. Miss MoonQuill stroked the frightened filly's face and whispered quietly to her swiveling ears as they stood in the centre ring.

"Dont worry girl, Ive some dried apples back at the truck for you when this is over"

Bajan sighed heavily and perked up slightly as the other contestants entered the ring alongside her.
